I really liked this. I'm not a big fan of taking things too far for a laugh (Like the *ahem* waterfall in MGA2) so this is everything I like about the Awesome series wrapped up in a handy package! Good job! (Shame about the DVD though. Maybe you should try converting the Awesome Series into comic strip form and make a sort of comic book from there?)

I really liked this flash, but I think that you need to do two things - one is correct the animation of the boss, as he's nowhere near the level of the other characters. Secondly, you need to get a slightly better way of recording (It crackled in places, which I think might be a fault of cranking the recording sensitivity up too high) and give your microphone a better wind guard (one of those big foam thingys you put on the end of the mic - a good one will tune out any breath you get on the mic.
